If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not use this PARDON SOCIETY site or purchase any of the services on this PARDON SOCIETY Site. Pardon Society Site and Services Policies
PARDON SOCIETY helps connect potential customers and government agents, with approved and accredited service providers in order to make applications for Canadian pardons, U.S. entry waivers (I-192), non-conviction record purges, and criminal record searches by preparing the necessary documents, conducting inquiries, and acquiring supporting documents to prepare petitions to the appropriate government agencies to obtain a pardon, U.S. entry waiver, confirmation of file destruction, or to acquire copies of criminal information, in accordance with the set standards, policies and procedures of the Pardon Society of Canada. We do not provide legal advice, nor do we endorse any such advise that may be given in error by an accredited member. Should you require legal assistance, consult a lawyer.

PARDON SOCIETY guarantees our best efforts in accurately referring an accredited member to properly prepare the necessary documents for the customer. No pardon service company, accredited or not, can guarantee the ultimate success of a pardon, entry waiver, record purge or criminal record search. The accuracy of any documents prepared by an accredited member depends on the information provided by the customer during the application process. PARDON SOCIETY will not be held liable for the failure of any application made by an accredited, or non-accredited member on the customer's behalf, under any circumstances.

Accredited members must meet certain membership criteria including, offering a full money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with our application services at any time or if the accredited member is unsuccessful in obtaining your pardon. This guarantee is subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of service of each Pardon Processing Company. Under NO circumstances whatsoever will the PARDON SOCIETY be held responsible or liable for the guarantee offered by an accredited member.

Your confidentiality is guaranteed. All of your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used exclusively for the execution of services requested and will never be sold or rented to other interests. See Privacy Policy for more detail. PARDON SOCIETY endeavors to complete the required service within 12 hours of the time of application. The delivery times for services documents are dependent on Accredited Members and are not guaranteed.

PARDON SOCIETY reserves the right to reject any application for accreditation for any reason deemed appropriate. Futher, PARDON SOCIETY reserves the right to reject any application for service for any reason.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL PARDON SOCIETY, INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, AND ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PARDON SOCIETY HAD BEEN ADVISED OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) THE USE, INABILITY TO USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS ON THIS PARDON SOCIETY SITE, OR (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR MODIFICATION TO ANY OF YOUR CONTENT OR TRANSMISSIONS, OR (C) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THIS PARDON SOCIETY SITE OR ANY OF THE PARDON OR U.S. ENTRY WAIVER PRODUCTS

Termination
You acknowledge and agree that PARDON SOCIETY, in its sole and absolute discretion, may, without notice to you, suspend or terminate your use of, or access to, this PARDON SOCIETY site, Content and the PARDON SOCIETY services contained therein. If you are dissatisfied with this PARDON SOCIETY site or any of the Services or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of PARDON SOCIETY in operating this PARDON SOCIETY site or any of the Pardon and U.S. Entry Waiver referral Products, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this PARDON SOCIETY site or any of the PARDON SOCIETY services.

General Provisions
This agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between PARDON SOCIETY and you pertaining to your use of this PARDON SOCIETY site, any of the Pardon and U.S. Entry Waiver referral Products, and Content and supersedes any prior agreements between you and PARDON SOCIETY with respect to the subject matter hereof. PARDON SOCIETY failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of any right or provision. If any of the provisions (or parts thereof) contained in these Terms and Conditions are determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions (or parts thereof) contained herein. No changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be made except by a revised posting on this page or except as otherwise expressly contemplated herein. The parties have required that these Terms and Conditions and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.
