Client Bill of Rights:
- Each client has the right to independently complete a Pardon, Record Suspension or US Waiver Application.
- Each client has the right to receive the finest quality of Pardon, Record Suspension, or US Waiver service by professionals with at least 3 years experience in the Canadian Pardon and Record Suspension Industry.
- Each client has the right to know that a Canadian Pardon, is now a Canadian Record Suspension.
- Each client has the right to be told the truth and not misled through advertising.
- Each client as the right to know that unless they apply directly with the Parole Board of Canada, they are dealing with a private company, and should not be misled by phrasing such as "federal non-profit Agency", which falsely creates the impression of being connected to the Government of Canada.
- Each client has the right to trust the accreditation and certification of Pardon Society of Canada accredited members, having met the Policies and Practices Standards.
- Each client has the right to know that no pardon processing company is endorsed, connected too or part of the Government of Canada or Parole Board of Canada.
- Each client has the right to know all the material facts in both written and verbal representations.
- Each client has the right to demand honesty in billing, specifically in the matter of charging disbursements.
- Each client has the right to receive a guarantee for services rendered.
- Each client has the right to know the standards for refunds of the service provider.
- Each client has the right to know:
- All costs, disbursement fees and other hidden expenses.
- The actual cost of disbursements.
- Direct and effective means to contact the business
- Terms of any written contract
- Any restrictions or limitations imposed
- Any recurring commitment into which the customer may be entering, including information on how future billing will occur
- Total cost of the transaction, including tax, disbursements, shipping and mail, and other related charges
- Each client has the right to demand Pardon, Record Suspension, and US Waiver services to be delivered as agreed upon in contracts signed and agreements reached.
- Each client has the right to demand that Pardon, Record Suspension, and US Waiver service providers honour representations and correct mistakes as quickly as possible
- Each client has the right to demand that their Pardon, Record Suspension, and US Waiver service provider respect their privacy.
- Each Client has the right to courteous and respectful service, recognizing the Client’s dignity and privacy.
- Each Client has the right to be informed of the procedures for initializing complaints about the service provided.
- Each Client has the right to mutual trust, respect for confidentiality and responsible communication.
- Each Client has the right to be informed of the services provided.
