The Pardon Society of Canada is completely committed to protecting your privacy.

Information collected on our site is used exclusively for the purpose of referring clients, gaining government agent endorsements, or industry members making accreditation application, and physical records are secured according to The Pardon Society of Canada’s accreditation standards.

All information collected on our site is secured and transmitted with full 128-bit Secured Socket Layer encryption. Payment for applicable membership fees are not processed online.

The Pardon Society of Canada will never sell your personal information. We will only make personal information available to third party accredited members, as is explicitly required for the completion of services you request.

The Pardon Society of Canada will never contact or communicate with anyone other than you and the relevant third parties involved in the referral process, as required.

No documents containing personal information will be mailed. All referrals are handled by secure electronic communication. Upon completion of referral services, The Pardon Society of Canada retains non-payment related personal information for up to 60 days, after which time it is physically destroyed. Payment related information is kept for up to 5 years, as is legally required by the Canada Revenue Agency.
