TOWARDS PARDON PROFESSIONALS

The Pardon Society of Canada takes its responsibility towards Accredited Individuals of the Pardon Society Of Canada (sometimes refered to as The Pardon Society or Pardon Association) very seriously. It is the goal of the Pardon Society of Canada to engage these individual member stakeholders in dialogue that will ultimately improve the Canadian Pardon process.

With the Canadian Government recently passing Bill C-10 into Law, changing a Pardon to a Record Suspension, now more than ever is it important that Accredited Members Of The Pardon Society of Canada work with the Pardon Society to Accredit Record Suspension Processing Services to ensure they meet a set of criteria to protect the Canadian Public, and deliver a more efficent Record Suspension System.

The criteria all Pardon Society of Canada Accredited Individuals must display in this regard are:

  • Establish and maintain a positive track record in the industry, towards employees and professionally accredited individuals.
  • Be free from government action that demonstrates a significant failure to support Pardon Society of Canada ethical principles in dealing with employed professionals. Labour disputes, whether submitted to a government representative agency or not, shall result in a process of determination by the Pardon Society of Canada as to the nature of any violation, whether it was caused or condoned by management, and actions taken to resolve underlying issues that led to the action taken.
  • Provide exceptional Pardon, Record Suspension, and US Waiver services.
